Doing so much soul searching atm

When you need to tell people about the numerous things your ex did to you, which are now fucking you up completely
but can’t tell anyone because they’re still a part of the friend group and you don’t wanna ruin friendships or seem like you’re badmouthing
So instead you suffer in silence and pretend you’re okay/just seem moody for unknown reasons
when in reality things just get worse and you start to blame yourself for everything than ever happened, you start to think you are ‘dumb as fuck’ and 'What the fuck is actually wrong with you’ is now a staple in your head instead of words from a lover
You start believing everything he said and did is true and deserved
